What charges does a buyer pay when purchasing?

As a buyer you pay: (1) the lot or product price (VAT included), (2) a Buyer Protection charge of 3 % + 0,50 € and (3) the shipping cost. There are no registration fees or hidden charges.

Does the shipping price include VAT?

Yes. The shipping amount you see always includes VAT (21%). No extra taxes are added at checkout.

What commission does Krofter charge the seller?

The base commission is 1,5 % of the gross sale price (VAT included). Sellers in the Top 3 of the monthly league pay less: Top 1 → 1 %; Top 2 → 1.25 %; Top 3 → 1.35 %. The buyer never pays this commission.

Does the 1.5% commission include VAT?

The commission is calculated on the gross price of the product. Krofter issues the seller a commission invoice with the VAT (21 %) itemised, which the seller can deduct.

Is there a commission on subscriptions?

Yes. The commission on fan subscription monthly fees is a flat 20 % for all sellers. The league does **not** apply a discount to subscriptions.

What fees does Stripe charge per transaction?

Stripe applies approximately 1.5 % + 0.25 € per transaction for European cards. The Stripe fees on product sales are absorbed by Krofter within its commission.

Are there any other charges or hidden fees?

No. The only possible charges for the buyer are: the lot price, the initial shipping and, where applicable, the weight tier difference if the actual package weighs more. All surcharges are shown before being confirmed.

How is everything invoiced?

Krofter generates: (1) Sale invoice to the buyer (FAC); (2) Commission invoice to the seller (COM); (3) Buyer Protection invoice to the buyer (BP); (4) Settlement statement to the seller (LIQ). All in PDF from the corresponding dashboards.
