Long auctions

It is an auction open for days or weeks (1 to 30 days), independent of the lives. You can bid at any time from the "Auctions" catalogue in the bottom menu. The price rises with each new bid, and whoever holds the highest offer when the countdown expires wins.

Via the hammer icon in the mobile bottom bar ("Auctions"), or by going to /subastas on desktop. You'll see three tabs: "All", "From followed" and "My subscriptions".

The seller chooses between three levels: (1) Public — any visitor can view and bid. (2) Followers only — only those who follow the seller can view it and bid. (3) Subscribers only — only the seller's active subscribers have access.

By default, if a bid arrives in the last 5 minutes before closing, the timer is automatically extended by 2 minutes. This prevents "last-second bids" and gives other bidders room to respond.

Yes. The moment another user outbids your last bid you receive a push notification and an email. To avoid spam if the auction heats up, notifications have a 10-minute cooldown.

When the auction closes in your favour we charge in a single operation: (1) the lot price, (2) Buyer Protection and (3) the standard shipping cost to your address. The charge is the final total.

After 24 h and 4 attempts, the auction enters "second chance": the next best bidder receives an email to accept the lot for the amount of their last bid.

From your panel: My Store → My long auctions → Create auction. Choose product, title, photo, starting price, minimum increment, duration (1-30 days) and visibility.

Yes: 30 calendar days maximum, counted from the launch. Minimum 1 day. The most typical durations are 7 to 14 days.

Yes. Exactly the same tier commission as the rest of the marketplace applies (1 % to 1.5 % on the gross price depending on your position in the monthly league).
