What payment methods are available?

We accept Visa, Mastercard and American Express cards. Payments are processed securely through Stripe with full support for Strong Customer Authentication (SCA) as required in the EU.

When is the charge made?

The charge is made when you confirm the order. In the case of auctions, payment is automatic and instant when the countdown closes.

What happens if the automatic charge fails?

The system automatically retries up to 4 times within 24 hours. You will be notified. If all 4 attempts fail, the order is cancelled and a strike is recorded on your account.

How do I download an order invoice?

Go to My orders, select the order and press "Download invoice" (PDF). You need to have your tax details complete in Settings.

Can I add my tax details for invoices?

Yes. In Settings → Tax details, enter your tax ID (NIF/CIF) and billing address. For the invoice to be valid for tax purposes it is essential to have them complete.
