When the live ends, all lots won by the same buyer are grouped into a closed Shipment pending label. You'll see each Shipment in your panel with the items, declared weight, address and a countdown.

You have 5 calendar days from the close of the live stream to weigh the package, enter the dimensions and generate the label. You will receive email notifications.

Yes, it is mandatory. Each product must have weight (grams) and length/width/height (cm) configured before you can start an auction. Use the AI estimator if you need to.

The shipment is cancelled, the buyer is refunded and a cancellation is recorded. The first two are warnings. From the third onwards a financial penalty is applied.

A penalty of 8 % on the price of the cancelled lot (gross amount with VAT). It is deducted from your Connect balance. The counter is lifetime for the account.

If your Connect balance does not cover the penalty, your account is blocked until an administrator resolves the issue. The system will redirect you to support.

Yes. Open a support ticket providing evidence and the team can cancel the penalty manually.

No. While there is an outstanding debt, payouts to your bank account are withheld until it is settled.
