How is the score calculated?
score = gmv_neto × factor_calidad × factor_diversidad
- Net GMV: paid sales of the month (1st to last day, Madrid time) minus returns and cancellations.
- Quality factor (0.5–1.0): penalises if dispute rate over 30 days > 2%.
- Diversity factor (0.4–1.0): penalises if one buyer concentrates > 30% of GMV.
Hard filters (disqualify that month)
- · < 10 unique buyers in the month.
- · One buyer > 40% of GMV.
- · Dispute rate > 5% (last 30 days).
- · Account less than 4 weeks old.
